Podcast Episode 1: Wait your turn!

At long last! Episode 1 of our Giant Fire Breathing Robot podcast is here! Sure, I know it’s hard for you to get too excited about something you didn’t even know existed until just now. And maybe you never wanted to hear our opinions on our inaugural topic: “Wait your turn!” But surely you’ll listen for the wonderful theme music by our good friend JD Short?

The question posed in our first episode is simple. Are games that interrupt or skip your turn inherently less fun than other games?

Andrew, Rob, and Brian discuss the topic, and along the way a charming tale of Rob nearly hulking out is told. Enjoy the show folks, it won’t get any classier from here on out.

Having a turn skipped is super suckie if it is on a big, heavy game like BSG or DnD or WarHamster. But if it is a game where the turns come and go really quickly, I dont mind it so much. If it is going to take 30 minutes to get around to my turn again, then I gots issues.

    “Hurt your Feel Bads”? Hilarious!
