Pyronauts Episode 36: Okay. We Were Wrong. Happy?

Note: The huge delay in us posting this episode and Episode 37 was down to some technical issues we experienced on the site which were sadly unavoidable.

We open Episode 36 not with an admission we were wrong, but with an acknowledgment that if we were better people, we would admit that we had been wrong.

Yes, you’re right; it’s not the same thing, but it’s as close as we’re going to get.

Specifically, I’m talking about the fact that, back in Episode 35, we decided that Valve wouldn’t be changing their minds about paid mods on Steam, only for them to turn round 48-hours later and do just that.

We stick on the topic of mods as we discuss Rockstar banning GTA Online users making use of mods which probably isn’t a bad thing given that our current favourite mod allows you to shoot cars from your gun.

We dig into Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, its London setting, and I take umbrage at the terrible, terrible accents on show. Seriously Dick Van Dyke would be proud of these ones.

We round things off with a quick discussion of the Oculus Rift release window, Witcher 3, Batman: Arkham Knight, and somehow Andrew manages to keep himself restrained when we touch on Fallout 4.
