Criminal Macabre/30 Days of Night Crossover coming from Dark Horse & IDW
When it comes to urban fantasy in my comics, Steve Niles has got my ticket. I hold him at an incredibly high standard with only a handful of writers. His two flagship creations are Criminal Macabre out of Dark Horse and 30 Days of Night over at IDW Publishing.
If you like monsters and violence, you should pick up both of these comics.
Dark Horse and IDW are bringing together these two awesome comics for a crossover not to be missed.
Written by Niles with art from Christopher Mitten, Niles’s characters come together in what Dark Horse Comics is describing as their final showdown:
Cal McDonald only wanted a beer, but what he got was a jaded federal agent and a story about vampires up in Barrow, Alaska. There’s a new vamp in LA, and he’s hell bent on escalating his attacks. When Mo’Lock’s sometimes ghoul-friend is murdered, Cal’s on the hunt . . . for Eben—the longtime protagonist/antagonist of 30 Days of Night.
Criminal Macabre: Final Night – The 30 Days of Night Crossover #1 hits comic book stores all over the world on December 12, 2012.
