Manga Guide to Relativity

What better way to learn abstract concepts than with an abstract art form? Geeky publisher No Starch Press has published this fun manga guide to learning Einstein’s theories of general and special relativity.

The story itself is high school student Ruka Minagi taking a private summer course in relativity with a “mysterious” female teacher. Each chapter has a manga section where Minagi learns some aspect of relativity, followed by a more detailed text explaining the principles in full. The manga itself is fairly simple, but it works wonderfully to visually explain the complicated theories of relativity, in a way that pages of text simply cannot.

The Manga Guide To Relativity is part of a series of manga guides to other math and science related subjects, such as calculus, biochemistry, and electricity.
