Script Stolen? This looks like a job for the Avengers.
So, production on the Avengers film has come to a brief halt after Samuel L. Jackson’s script was stolen. As reported by UGO, while the theft may cause some delays, the bits that have been leaked tell us nothing that we didn’t already know (Wow. Really? Bruce Banner transforms into the Hulk? The movie is ruined for me now.). As much as I want to know whether or not the Avengers will kick as much ass as possible—and with Joss Whedon at the helm it should—I can’t condone this kind of crap. Is it really so painful to wait until 2012 when the movie comes out? Do you really need to spoil things for everyone? Apparently the thieves tried to sell the script to numerous blogs and websites, thankfully to no avail. I hope they get caught and as punishment they get to spend some quality time alone with Mr. Jackson.
