Sakura-Con 2011: Saturday

Saturday is always the busiest and most entertaining day of Sakura-Con. Since almost everyone is off from school and work, the convention center ends up being jam packed with a bunch of new cosplayers I have yet to see. Hit the jump when you’re ready to check out the things I witnessed on Day Two of Sakura-Con 2011. Be warned… this will be a ridiculously long post since I took close to 300 photos.

Damn, like I said, that was a long one! I guess you can see why this post happened a bit later than I originally planned. I think I would have died from exhaustion if I’d tried to finish this photo blog on the same day of the event. Nice pics. I just wanted to let you know that one of your Howl’s Moving Castle pics (the one with the two Sophie’s and a Turnip Head) is labeled as Spirited Away by mistake. Also, the cosplay group with their own galaxy backdrop is from the TV series Star Driver.

The third to the last picture is of me wearing a Charlotte cosplay (Puella Magi Madoka Magica) that was made for a little kid that I brought that very day.

. It’s hard to tell as you can’t see his shirt color and I was in a rush to finish styling his hair (my giratina gijinka took a lot of time to make).
