Jaw-dropping Underground Art Collection!

Having lived in NYC for more than six years, I am always amazed to hear about all of the things that go on underneath the city. Take the Underbelly Project, an urban art collection, for example.

In 2009 two NYC street artists took it upon themselves to curate a street art collection in an unfinished subway station, four stories below the streets of New York City. The artists, Workhorse and PAC, have spent the past 18 months sneaking other artists from around the world down to the station so they could leave their mark on these walls. The pictures are beautiful, and show the wide variety of styles street artists possess.
